We teach riders to understand tension instead of fighting it. We work the same way with each other: we ask why before we push harder.

TRT Method is founded and owned by Conny Loonstra and Tristan Tucker. Tristan built the method over 30 years of working with every type of horse and rider you can imagine. Conny built the company that brings it to riders in 80+ countries.
Behind them is a team of 13 people. Every single one of them loves horses, and every single one of them uses the TRT Method. Nobody here works on something they do not believe in. That is not a slogan, it is a hiring requirement.

A brand new HQ in the north of the Netherlands.
Right now we are building a new headquarters near Steenwijk, surrounded by the quiet green landscape where this work belongs. Not an office park. A real home base for the method, the horses, and the team.
This new home will bring our team, horses, and work together as we continue building the next chapter of TRT.
